The Conference runs from Wednesday, May 29 through Friday, May 31, 2013. Deadlines:
Registration fee includes: conference attendance, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, internet service, meals during the conference and a cruise on the Danube, transportation from Bucharest (Henri Coanda International Airport) to Galati and from the hotel to the University is provided. It does not include any expenses related to accommodation. Conference Pricing:

The fee for the Regional trip includes:
Cancellation/Change Policy: Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat (gauc2013@univ-danubius.ro) in official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail before April 22, 2013 for 70% refund of total payment. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-shows. The refund will be processed one month after the conference less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.
